Just back from Croatia and wanted to give you feed back and let you know what a fantastic time we had.
Even the initial Ryan Air 2 hour flight delay and the down pour of rain when we arrived is now a distant blur in our memory. We cleared through Pula airport in about 10 minuets and our rep and coach was ready and waiting for us. I have to say that after the early start and initial delay everyone was a little down hearted and I was thinking what are we doing here in this rain! After about half an hours coach drive the sun decided to shine on us and everything just got better and better.
The only hic-cups when we arrived at the hotel were that Ralph and Barbara Watson weren't allocated a sea view room but that was quickly rectified and we were all settled in quickly. The rep said she didn't know about the tennis but to ask at the desk. When they were unaware of our tennis requirements I did panic slightly but we knew we could contact you or your office and everyone was very impressed by your quick response to our dilemma.
Bruno arrived at the hotel at about 7.30pm and we talked through our tennis program for the week. He couldn't have been more kind or accommodating. We are quite a mixed bunch of players but I think he and his assistant coped with us very well.
The hotels location was excellent and suited us well. Some of our group enjoyed the sea others the pool, some went cycling or walking while there was always the opportunity to get the train to Umag for some shopping. The tennis facilities were close to hand which was also very convenient.
I am sure we will be doing a similar trip next May but some of the group would like to compare the cost with the Wellness Centre Hotel Sol Umag which has an indoor pool, so when you have a quiet moment would you like to forward to me expected costs for 2009.
Thank you for all your help and the efficient way you dealt with our requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend you and your company to other tennis playing friends.
